The Mixer #TinkerMechanical
myminifactory
This object was crafted in Tinkercad, accessible at https://www.tinkercad.com/things/fgTzxdYZYGp. Want an exciting mechanical device to demonstrate the capabilities of 3D printing to your acquaintances? This is a mixer I designed for #TinkerMechanical. It's a compact mixer that can be used to mix beverages or other liquids and makes for a fun project to undertake. The mixer can even froth coffee or tea when the shaft and mixer head are printed with nylon 680. This design is easy to print, and all parts fit together seamlessly without requiring any adhesive. To assemble the mixer, refer to the photos and Tinkercad link provided to see where each component should be placed. All parts pressure-fit into one another, eliminating the need for glue. Depending on your printer's calibration and precision, you may need to gently sand some parts to ensure a perfect fit. A file is an excellent tool for achieving this; it can also be used to enlarge holes if necessary. So far, all my friends have been amazed by what 3D printing can accomplish after seeing this design. We should work together to spread the word about 3D printing and its endless possibilities. I genuinely hope this design will provide a great opportunity to showcase and discuss 3D printing with others.
