My remix for E3D Volcano, which collected all the improvements from the version for the standard V6. I already posted the version for the standard E3DV6 (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5149042), but I didn't work on it for long. Everything suited me, but I wanted a faster print speed, so I decided to make a remix for the Volcano (E3D Volcano). After installing and configuring, I was surprised to find that printing is more stable, beautiful and easier with Vulcan than with a regular V6. The retractions are smaller, the pressure advance coefficient is lower... That's why I left the Vulcan for everyday printing, and on the V6 I assembled a head with a 0.25mm nozzle for the artist. The version for the Volcano had to be driven under the carriage, as was the case in the original The Mint Mount, because. this hotend is longer. But again, no alterations to the mechanics of the printer need to be done. I didn’t even have to turn the table - everything is decided by the presence of the BLTouch / BFPTouch table sensor. And the fastening of this version of the remix is ​​only in native holes, nothing needs to be finished / drilled. The rest of the tweaks from the original The Mint Mount have moved into this remix. The files have two assemblies in STEP: MintMount_assembly_Volcano_with_BLTouch_insert_nuts_by_hardlock.stp - embedded nuts and BLTouch, MintMount_assembly_Volcano_with_BFPTouch_hex_nuts_by_hardlock.stp - regular hex nuts in the back mount and BFPTouch.
