I was dissatisfied with available designs. Often they would be heavy, insufficient for cooling or limiting to print area. So I solved it. Introducing the Micro-Demon! This printhead solves every problem I've ever had with other people's designs. You still get the full 220*220 build area. The weight is minimal, using the thinnest possible walls and the fewest heavy steel bolts possible. The cooling is... as good as you're going to get on a pair of 4020 axial fans. You won't be printing your 3DBenchy at 100mm/s but you bought an ender 5, of course you won't be. All you should need for this are the screws that come with your three NF-A4x20 FLX Noctua fans and a pair of M3*25 bolts. That's it! Wire the part cooling fans in series (and add a small electrolytic capacitor if you want a wider range of speed control. I find that anything less than 100% speed without a capacitor is unusable with the fancy pants electronics in Noctua fans). For the hotend cooling fan, you'll need the NA-VC1 (or some other 24 > 12v regulator). This is absolutely necessary unless you decide to use a 24v 4020 fan. Assembly is self-explanatory. I made it as simple as possible to put together and use because no one likes complicated build processes. Enjoy!
