Woohoo, check out this brand-new model! This was a one-day project where my goal was to design and prototype the ultimate enclosure for dual 18650 mosfet mods. It may not be everyone's favorite thing, but it's exactly what I wanted. I'm releasing the source files for this model so you can customize it - just fire up 123d design (a free program) and get creative! The details: * Both 12mm and 16mm button variants are included, with room for both external and internal buttons. * Volt meter and non-volt meter designs are available, using a standard box mod volt meter. * The door is friction-fit to account for ABS shrinkage (PLA may vary). * The battery tray can be wired in series or parallel and then superglued or acetoned into the case once wired. * A blank battery door can have any logo you want - just import the logo via STL or sketch and cut it out of the door, sunk 1mm-1.5mm (don't go too deep as doors are only 2mm thick). What do you need? * 4x Keystone Battery contacts - Digikey number 36-1017-1-ND. * 1x 3034 Mosfet - Digikey number IRLB3034PBF-ND. * 1x Voltmeter (optional) - source from eBay or Aliexpress. * 1x 510 of your choice - recommendation: Varitube. * 1x 12mm or 16mm button of your choice. * Some wire (14g-16g) and solder. Print Settings: * Printer Brand: RepRap * Printer: Prusa I3 * Rafts: No * Supports: No * Resolution: 0.2 * Infill: 40%-60% Notes: * Depending on how well your printer bridges, you may want to add support for the volt meter version. Post-Printing: SAND!
