The Manticore See DVR on https://youtu.be/YdFpwfSawrY This powerful creature belongs to the air. Don’t misjudge its abilities and performance by its size but rather by its sleek appearance and mind-boggling speed. This deadly winged predator can take on any mission you throw at it. The Manticore is a flying wing designed with only two things in mind: portability and performance. With a wingspan of 770mm (+-30 inch), it fits easily on your backpack to be taken anywhere with you. The height is almost negligible, less than 40mm (1.5 inch) depending on the shape of the winglets. Its all-up weight (AUW) is +-400g, making it suitable for even smaller airfields. To guarantee performance, 3s 1500mAh quadcopter LiPo batteries are used and mounted on the bottom of the plane. This makes the fuselage thin and sleek-looking, allowing you to easily change batteries. The battery is paired with a 2306 quadcopter motor and a 5-inch 3-blade propeller. Using this power train, the Manticore can reach great speeds (top speed of 120km/u) and long flight times for little money. The wing is quite stable without a flight controller and completely locked in with Inav installed. The print features mounting holes for all common sizes of flight controllers. With persistence, you can fit all your components inside the fuselage and even have room to spare for a GPS module. Disclaimers - The Manticore is a light and small plane, not designed to carry any form of HD camera (not saying it won't). - I am not an expert by any means. I just like to design, build, fly, and share my aircraft.
