The Mandalorian Rifle Belt Clip

I took a closer look at the upper rifle belt clip. It all started with various screenshots of the clip that I had collected. To make my own version, I added a 1x25x25 sheet metal plate to the right part, which I glued under the top layer of leather so only the correct amount was showing. The metal plate is made from recycled sofa leather that's 2mm thick. I made sure to add the metal plate while both parts were still printing, so you'll need to keep an eye on it and attach the plate at the right time. On the left part, I glued a 25mm flat round magnet. You can find this type of magnet on Amazon by searching for - Neodymium Disc Magnet 25mm dia x 3.5mm thick 6kg Pull. Once both parts were magnetized together, they became almost impossible to pull apart in the direction that the rifle would normally pull them. I'm really happy with how well it works!
