I couldn't fathom the notion of anchoring my fine-tip markers to a magnet and leaving them hanging from the fridge like medieval relics. What's this, some kind of ancient practice?! So I crafted a sheath that securely cradles the cap of a substantial chisel tip Sharpie, then embedded a magnet within it. This design is exclusively tailored for a LARGE CHISEL TIP SHARPIE. It won't function with any other marker or Sharpie configuration. You'll need an 18mm (diameter) x 5mm magnet, which will be bonded into the magnet hole using adhesive. The ones I employ are generic magnets available at most hardware stores.
