#OnlyPrintCanDoIt

Push the top of the box and the inside hidden box will instantly appear under the first one !

Enjoy the nice slamming sound !

The inside lid makes sure that nothing will escape the box and the gliding system and the locks are strong and fun to play with.

The 2 boxes and the articulated lid are print-in-place. And that's also kind of magic !

Inside volume (XYZ in Slicer) : 19mm x 38mm x 50mm (max 60mm - round top)

A perfect box to protect cards. You can scale the box to adapt it to your favorite game :
X: thickness of your deck - Y: card width - Z: card height (do not scale only in X or Z direction).

I already made 2 Special Editions for friends : one for Magic (40mm x 70mm x 95mm) and one for Tarot (30mm x 62mm x 115mm). Ask me if you want a box with a specific size and/or a specific logo.
The Magic Edition is a 185% scaled box with a different logo. The Tarot Edition is a special format box.

Print instructions

Printed on MK3S
Filaments tested : PLA

Nozzle 0.4mm : 0.15mm, 0.2mm and 0.3mm tested
Scale : 80% to 200% tested

Under 80% the two boxes might be sticked together (with the 0.4mm nozzle). Check the first layers if you do this.
Do not scale only in X or Z direction

I have some unsticking issues when priniting boxes scaled 80% to 100% in 0.15mm. It happens during the bridge to close the inside box. It seems that the bridge pulls stronger on the edges in 0.15mm and my first layer is sometimes not strong enough to keep the box sticked. I don't have this problem when printing in 0.2mm.

PrusaSlicer 2.3.0
