The Magic Pencil-Snipping Box

I saw this “magic device” made with cardboard on YouTube and decided to try and make it 3d-printable for convenience and elegance.A brand-new pencil goes in, the middle box is moved sideways and bam! The pencil is snipped into 3 pieces. To everyone's amazement, the middle box is moved back, and the pencil is magically restored to what it was before.This should print really easy on any 3d printer, since tolerances are high.See it in action here: https://youtu.be/rhp0rJQg_9cAssembly instructions here:https://youtu.be/xN0zxie_ObgSPOILER ALERTUnfortunately, there is no real magic happening. When the middle box is moved sideways, it only hides the full pencil and reveals a previously snipped one. When it's moved back, it hides the snipped pencil and reveals the original one again. So, to prepare this trick, you will need two identical pencils, one in one piece, the other cut in three parts. Have fun!
