The Mack Rack

The Mack Rack

thingiverse

Hi everyone! This is my first thing and I'm glad to share it with everyone! I've designed a rack to hold my 3 pistols, a Beretta 92FS (9mm), a Bersa Thunder 380 Plus (.380), and a SCCY CPX-3 (.380). The rack will accommodate medium-sized pistols and I'm confident that most full-sized pistols will also fit. My full-sized Beretta fits comfortably but it takes up almost all the space from front to back, so don't expect your Colt Python or Desert Eagle hand cannons to fit snugly. Measurements show a length of 205mm from front to back. The magazine holder was specifically designed to hold my magazines, so I couldn't say for certain if it can accommodate other sizes. The left three mag holders and the top right mag holder measure 21x28mm and are perfect for .380 mags. The two bottom right mag holders measure 22.5x32.5mm and are ideal for 9mm mags. I had to print a raft to hold the rails in place, as they needed support to prevent them from being knocked over. I also printed the rails vertically because my Ender 3 is experiencing minor inconsistencies on its bottom layers. If you trust your printer, you should be able to print them flat without any issues. The rails need to be super glued into the base. The Base and Mag Holder have a groove and slot for easy assembly, so I suggest adding supports for both due to these features. I'm working a full-time night shift and about to start college to become a Paramedic, so if you'd like to show your appreciation, consider contributing to my caffeine fund! Happy printing and good luck with your projects!
