Just another custom spool roller designed from scratch, inspired by the TUSH concept and similar designs but entirely original. The central component is optional and can be easily removed for different configurations. This spool roller is specifically tailored for use with 65x200mm (or 7⅞ inches) spools, ensuring a smooth rolling experience. To assemble the spool roller, print two copies of each part. The design utilizes four 608 bearings to provide optimal functionality. Dimensions of the spool roller include: Length: 161mm Width: 25mm Height: 34mm If you have any specific requirements or modifications in mind, please let me know and I'll assess whether it's feasible for me to implement them. Following my initial prototype, I made some adjustments to the design. A small shoulder was added to the tab, and the spacer was increased slightly. However, I would like a bit more clearance for improved functionality. Additionally, I realized that I forgot to account for the thickness of the second spool's "wall" in determining the length of the tab.
