The Living Dungeon
thingiverse
Another attempt using the new software, which is still a challenge to work with. It's like navigating a living dungeon, teeming with tree roots and tendrils that stretch out in every direction. This terrain would be perfect for greens or browns, and it pairs well with my previous dark caverns set because of its consistent height and width, allowing for seamless integration and adding more variety to the tiles. I see this design as a warren with a massive tree growing above it, or an ancient cairn with roots that have grown into the crypts. That's just one possible interpretation, but I'm excited to see how others will perceive it. This terrain is scaled for 28mm miniatures, making it ideal for tabletop gaming. I'll be taking a break from creating dungeon tiles for now, as they've started to feel stale and uninspiring. It's time for me to focus on painting what I already have before designing any new sets.
