The LIC - Smoothbore 70 ton heavy battlemech

Intended to replace the Carronade heavy mech. Made by a group that wanted to combine the roles of two mechs into one single platform, it had to fulfill two abilities. One: being able to punch holes in armour, and two: being able to exploit them. It was successful enough to enter mass production, performing well on the battlefield, well enough that it was a priority target when sighted.
