My own rendition of the Master Sword found in Breath of the Wild. It was modeled based on some reference photos and screencaps, giving it a thicker blade with a chunkier look. I achieved this by studying the original sword's proportions and amplifying them slightly. The Master Sword measures just under 60cm in length. Due to its size, I've broken down the files into multiple parts for easier handling. Each part contains a complete unsliced model, allowing you to reslice it or print at a smaller scale, even creating a keychain version. Its length contributes significantly to the sword's weight. When assembling the pieces using wedges (provided in the files) and epoxy, I noticed it held up well. However, please keep in mind that this is primarily a decorative piece. If you plan on swinging the sword and engaging in Hyrulian battles, consider substituting some steel rods to increase sturdiness. The finish I aimed for was a weathered, rusted look as if the sword had been exposed to rain and dirt for a century. Feel free to go for a sleeker appearance with a clean purple/blue-ish hilt and metallic blade. This Master Sword replica was printed in PLA. Infill percentages between 20-40% should suffice, although exact settings may vary based on your specific printer's performance.
