The Lee Plaza Hotel, also known as the Lee Plaza Apartments, stands vacant at 2240 West Grand Boulevard. Located about one mile west of New Center along West Grand Boulevard in Detroit, Michigan, this historic site is a testament to architectural excellence. Constructed by Charles Noble in 1929 and registered with the state of Michigan, it rises to 15 impressive floors. Notably, it was added to the United States National Register of Historic Places on November 5, 1981. The building's Art Deco design is a remarkable example of the style that dominated architecture in the 1920s.
