I finally gave up trying to get spinner caps to fit just right so I created this one that adjusts itself perfectly every time. Feel free to use it for your design and don't worry about a thing because I've attached the design file, which was modeled in Fusion 360. I recently added two new versions: a 22mm diameter model and a 22mm diameter taller/thicker version as well.
