The Last Bed Level Test Print You'll Ever Need! (Single & Dual Extrusion)
thingiverse
I recently acquired a new 3D printer, the Tenlog Hands 2, and discovered that I needed to find a fresh bed level test print, both for single and dual extrusion since my new printer boasts two direct drive extruders. So I created this. The model is a straightforward cube with dimensions of 10mm in length and width and a height of 1mm. There are two versions of the model: one is the complete cube, while the other consists of two half cubes designed for dual extruder leveling and calibration. The concept is to place as many of these cubes on your buildplate as you like and arrange them according to your needs, resizing them accordingly. INSTRUCTIONS Allow the first layer of all squares to print before canceling the job. The surface of the squares should feel silky smooth. If the corner is too close to the nozzle (too high), the square will feel rough and bumpy, and you'll know that the corner needs to be tightened. Conversely, if the corner is too far away from the nozzle (too low), the lines will be extremely noticeable, and the print will resemble a harp with lines easily separable with your fingers when the square is removed. In this case, the corner should be loosened.
