I have a video of assembly instructions right here: https://youtu.be/PVF75UIMdGU. It also features some print suggestions. To be honest, cotter pins are cut and glued into holes at the bottom of sink bowls. You can use a "larger" snap ring like size 4-5 for the "bill" hole to hook line onto it. I'm not sure if I would recommend fishing with this thing, but if you do, please post a video or picture and tag me in it. Especially if you catch a fish that makes my year. I printed it flat on the counter top portion and under the faucet with supports. It seemed to work well. I used 0.1 mm LH at 100% to get more strength. I'm sure 0.2 mm layers would be no problem. The cotter pins are small, standard 1/8" ones that can be CA glued in place as long as you can fit the snap ring inside the diameter.
