Print it in PLA! Parts without squiggly springs can be PETG or PLA. No External parts needed - no metal springs, no bearings, no magnets, no electronics, NO GLUE, NO SANDING... you get the idea! As tested - 100% PLA 3D Printed! Print all 9 pieces and they'll fit together pretty easily. The T6 is the only difficult piece to get onto the pv3. The spade cap goes on the H1 after it's threaded through the H2. After the 4th Puzzle Box I'll release the final pieces required to do the full "5 Aces" Assembly. I'll also be printing and sending that puzzle box to a few youtubers to solve, and possibly selling a fully-assembled version on Etsy (if people are interested). If that doesn't slide nicely, you may have to adjust your extrude speed to something lower. Your printer has to be fairly dialed in for all the mechanisms to work properly.
