Go ahead and print everything at 100% infill. UPDATE 2.0.1 The JUGGARNAUT! This beast is the only cover better than "no cover". Lighter, stronger, faster, smarter; this "thing" adds so much structural support! I mean just look at it, do you even structure, bro? You're going to have to remove the yellow plastic inserts, but you already did that ages ago. Update 2: Lighter version for just a removable cover that protects the Bowden, comes off easy, looks neat, easy to print, and is ready to customize. Update 1: Fixed clearance issue. These are not just more FLSUN Q5 covers, look closer, the cover part is the least useful portion. I made these to prevent the Bowden tube and wires from getting snagged on the carriages, cover part was extra, as an added bonus these things add tons of support for the delta arm mounting screws and the stamped steel trollies. You don't even need screws to remove it! I put belt tension adjustment holes in the face even though you don't really need it. I've made it as light as possible but, if there is interest I will increase the supporting material and post a v2. Perhaps some testing should happen first to see if ringing is diminished. Comment your findings ;) Printing: Printing the Juggernaut takes about an hour. Don't use support, just cut off any stray strands of filament before mounting. If your printer can't do it, try the light version. Print it slow, it's part of your machine and you want it to look nice, also the walls are thin. 0.3 height 0.4 nozzle No supports
