To explore my printer's limits, I printed Zbrush-created items on Prusa Mendel while blending organic elements seamlessly. The joyrider model resulted from this endeavor; it was designed using Zbrush and Blender. A video showcases the joyrider in action, along with an introduction to my YouTube channel and a tutorial on my build process (http://youtu.be/7zanaGBxRws). For printing, I suggest using arms 1 inch longer for adjustments like trimming screws and bolts. Trim unnecessary parts from hands and feet during printing. Included is the Blender file for assistance with STL issues. The joyrider was printed with 3 shells and a 4% infill, resulting in a lightweight yet strong structure.
