BOM: - The Ikea TERTIAL Light - 8€ - An old server fan - 0€ - A cheap intel heatsink - 0€ - A 30W 220V COB grow led - 3€ on aliexpress - A fake iPhone USB charger - 1€ on aliexpress - As usual, some hot glue (but you don't need tape for this project) Total cost: 12€ Be cautious, don't forget to earth this lamp.
