The Ideal Scout by R. Tait McKenzie

This is the chest and face of the Ideal Scout by R. Tait McKenzie. A prominent sculpture stands proudly in front of the local Boy Scouts headquarters. One of many copies from the original life-sized sculpture previously stood at the former Boy Scouts of America headquarters in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. For more information on it, visit this link to Wikipedia: https://goo.gl/p8fI9D How I Created This I snapped over 200 photos of the local Ideal Scout sculpture on a chilly day. Rushing to finish, I ended up with incomplete coverage of the overall sculpture and numb fingers. When I arrived home, I imported the DNG files into Adobe Lightroom and adjusted them to my liking before exporting them as 8-bit TIFFs. Next, I imported the TIFFs into Agisoft Photoscan and used the high setting throughout the process. Upon realizing that nearly the entire rear of the sculpture was missing along with a significant portion of the feet and legs, I decided to focus on just the chest and face today. After completing the model in Photoscan, I opened it up in Memento to refine it and reduce the mesh density. Double-checking my work, I finally uploaded it here.
