This uses the whistles from Nimaids fantastic ocarina, the rest is my own design. The holes are not tunes, just designed to be intonated on the fly with large fingers, allowing it to even function as two slide whistles as you roll your fingers off the holes. Print standing up, blowhole down, 100% fill if desired, with easy-to-remove, very light supports because you may have to dig some support out of the blowholes. Check for this first on your slicer and make the supports as undense as possible. It works a little cleaner if you sharpen the whistle edges a bit when done. You'll also need to sand and clean up the parts that touch your chin after completion. You could certainly print it in the other direction if you wanted more supports and smoother ball ends.
