The Happy Box

Do you need a pick-me-up after a tough day? Try the Happy Box! This model is designed to turn your frown upside down, but be warned - side effects may include both irritability and glee. Originally made in SCAD with included files, this model could use further refinement if needed. The printer settings suggested are for slower, steadier printing due to a tendency for the print deck to dance around. Print with layer height .15, vertical shells of 2, and solid layers of 4 top and 2 bottom. For infill, set fill density at .25, infill 1, and solid infill every 6. Adjust angles to 45 and the solid infill threshold area to 70. As for speed, try perimeters at 50, small perimeters at 50, infill at 50, solid infill at 50, top solid infill at 50, support material at 60, bridges at 50, and gap fill at 40. Travel should be set to 60. Lastly, print with 1.75mm filament using a bed temperature between 95C to 110C and a hot end temperature of 220 for the best results.
