The Hammers from Pink Floyd's "The Wall"
thingiverse
I crafted models of the iconic Pink Floyd "The Wall" walking hammers, divided into printable sections. For a vibrant appearance, cut handle parts for red and black printing if available. I used transparent PLA and airbrushed with model paint. Secure parts with glue to ensure stability. As this was my first assembly project, printer tolerances posed challenges; read instructions carefully for scaling advice. Currently, the hammers don't stand independently, so insert paper wedges for support. I plan to design "shoes" for better balance. Created in Tinkercad, edit it online. Scale the model at 175% on your slicer software, except for PF_HAMMER_UNITE, which is already scaled accordingly. Be mindful of printer tolerances and adjust layer heights if necessary. Post-processing may be needed for a smooth fit. Share any printing difficulties or suggestions for improvement. Enjoy printing the 1x PF_hammer_unite, 2x pf_hammer_body, 2x PF_hammer_tail, 2x PF_hammer_head, 2x PFhammer handle, and 4x PF_hammer_tail_joiners.
