The Half Stepper. Spring loaded extruder fix
thingiverse
The truth is that my secondary extruder remains unused, creating complications when performing maintenance and additional mass to move around. I'm enamored with NeverDun's design (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:551916), as it efficiently eliminates the need for a second extruder by utilizing the space to integrate a cooling fan instead. Initially, this modification did not mesh with my spring-loaded extruder setup (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:231310). After making some necessary adjustments, I was able to adapt the design to suit my printing requirements, resulting in a simpler and more efficient system overall. When printing without supports using the provided .STL position, a fingernail should be used for removing the inherent support structures contained within the model itself. This modification replaces only the main body part from the original design located at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:551916
