The Great Fredini

To capture my portrait, my wife used the Scan-O-Tron 3000 for the first time. The Scan-A-Rama booth at the 2013 World Maker Faire New York, hosted by Great Fredini in Coney Island, utilized an Xbox Kinect and ReconstructMe software for reconstruction. This innovative 3D portrait studio combines amusement park tradition with modern technology, offering weekly sessions in Coney Island and even appearing at events. For optimal printing, a .1mm layer height is recommended without support; however, minor manual adjustments may be necessary.
