This mahogany wooden puzzle boasts an exceptional appearance, in my opinion. Previous iterations were crafted from POM and plywood, both of which looked impressive as well. The design allows for 0.2mm tolerance, initially created for 8mm-thick material but adjustable for the 9.2mm wood I had on hand. It's a delightful project if you have access to a CNC router.
