The primary element is a cavity-filled helical gear, while the base consists of a tapered spur gear with an embossment at its center. Its diameter measures 10 inches (up to 5 inches in height), and can be scaled down by 70% to achieve an outer diameter of 7 inches. The minimum diameter is now 5mm for support purposes, which may further reduce to 3.5mm. Material choices include strong-flexible, steel, or sandstone via Shapeways.
