Dated back to the 9th century, it was crafted using volcanic stone (Andesite) and stands at 60 1/32 inches (152.5 cm) tall. This masterpiece falls under the category of sculpture and is a part of the Metropolitan Museum of Art's collection in New York. It was purchased through contributions from Friends of Asian Art, Donald Bruckmann, Perry J. Lewis, and anonymous donors in 1988. The piece was further captured and cleaned by Matt Griffin during the Met MakerBot Hackathon in June 2012.
