The god Pan

The god Pan

myminifactory

This image of a young male with pointed ears can be recognized as the god Pan: the sculpture was originally completed with the pedum (curved shepherd's staff) in his right hand and the syrinx (Pan pipes) in his left, based on other known copies of the same type. The statue is a replica of a Hellenistic original inspired by Greek art from the Classical period. This dates back to the early imperial era.
