For our project, we were tasked with designing an original spaceship and then using Solidworks to create a 3D model. We began by sketching our ideas on paper before making precise measurements for the digital model. To personalize my design, I added a laser pointer that resembled a missile, fitting it into the bottom of my spacecraft. This assignment was not only engaging but also educational as I learned to utilize Solidworks and its tools effectively, translating my concepts from hand-drawn sketches into a tangible, 3D model. Overall, the experience was rewarding and provided valuable insights into design and modeling processes.
