The Gaming System - Adjustable dual phone/console holder
thingiverse
I present "The Gacha System (TGS)" (using "gaming" in the title for those unfamiliar) I'm someone who uses their old phone as an extra video player whle playing mobile games or my hand held consoles. I've created this contraption in order to help make a convenient mounting system for my devices. Currently the fit has been tested up to a full nintendo switch - it should fit most phone sizes. The only extra materials needed are two rubber bands - I printed this in PETG, but PLA should have no issues - recommended print orientation is already set in the STL - I suggest 100% infill just for durability I also recommend (if you have), using rubber adhesive skid pads to increase the grip - here is the one I use, but anything that can be cut to size should do the trick: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01K7JFXAA/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 The grip design was a remix of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1778271 Update: 11/26/2020 - Size adjusted for mk2 for nintendo switch fit. Update: 11/29/2020 - Added main plate mk2 upgrade with optional handle - suggested to print in horizontal orientation as file has it. For best handle results - use 4 M5x16 screws to screw down - should work with m4 and nuts or even just straight glueing. Update: 12/04/2020 - Cleaned up sizing and added more pictures of cleaned up prints of handle attachment Update: 12/15/2020 - Added optional TGS Extended base and TGS Extended hooks for vertical phone / horizontal tablet compatibility Required materials for handle: 4x - M5x16 screws
