I was tasked with creating some high-quality renders for a company presentation about "the New Building". It took me a considerable amount of time to determine the direction I wanted to take, but then the idea struck me - why not design an entirely new modern 3D building from scratch? Utilizing several components sourced from this community, I was able to produce this impressive model. The accompanying CAD files are included in the zip archive for your convenience.
