The Rønde Dolmen is a freestanding dolmen of polygonal shape that dates back to the Neolithic period around 3,400 BC and is associated with the Funnel Beaker Culture. Located east of Rønde town and Kalø Castle in eastern Jutland, Denmark, this ancient monument stands on a lower area of a high-placed field. On Google Earth, it can be found at coordinates: 10°30' E and 56°17' N. The dolmen's chamber is composed of four orthostats and two sets of entrance stones, covered by a capstone positioned at an angle towards the entrance. At least 14 cup-marks are visible on top of the capstone. For more information about this site, visit http://www.kulturarv.dk/fundogfortidsminder/lokalitet/48203.
