The FLoating City

Rocky Hill School student Robert Lee led the 3D Design Club's first group project which began in November. The club members brainstormed ideas and decided to create a raised city on a platform. Each member worked on individual parts that were later assembled into three-dimensional objects. The city features unusual structures such as an observatory, realistic buildings, and artistic ones. Surrounding the city is a ring of water that inhabitants crossed using rowboats which now appear abandoned. Beneath the city lies a deep drop into a serene pool of water.
