My New YouTube Channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCnnw56J_TeOsF4M_F5pPPJQ As someone who's fallen down their basement stairs more than once, I can fully appreciate the importance of a little extra illumination at night. I'm not interested in installing a big power-hungry floodlight that I still have to remember to turn on when I need it. Enter The FlashFlood. Do you have one of those handy 9-LED aluminum flashlights from Harbor Freight or the dollar store? What about a spare three to five-volt AC-to-DC adapter lying around? Great, we're off to a good start! Print out the four parts, carefully pop the LEDs out of their casing, solder a wire onto each circuit terminal, secure them with some screws, nuts, and bolts - voila! The FlashFlood was designed with water resistance in mind, featuring a handy wire channel within its adjustable arm that lets you position it over a pretty wide arc of light. Just remember to double-check the polarity and rating on your supply power to avoid burning out two flashlights...
