To reduce shipping weight, we introduced thinner 1.75mm PLA 2LB Spools. During initial winding tests, these spools held 2LBs with ample clearance. However, an issue arose in the winders that led to some overwinding, causing inconvenience for certain customers. We deeply apologize for this and request affected patrons to contact us for assistance. This problem was specific to particular colors of 1.75mm PLA spools, and subsequent batches were corrected. Additionally, we have designed handy clips (A, B, C) that are useful in various spool setups, catering to both thinner and slightly thicker spools. Please refer to the provided photos for identifying your spool type.
