THE Finger! Bass fishing Lure
thingiverse
I thought I'd give it a shot, so I used 3D printed Mars Wood PLA and red PLA to make this thing, even though it didn't have ABS. My daughter said it looked like a bloody finger when it came out of the printer, but I decided to roll with it. I whipped out my Dremel and shaved off its eyes and upper lip since they weren't floating. Since the bottom lip was still intact, I carved out some knuckles and a fingernail to turn it into a crankbait. Off I went to New Hampshire's pond, where I caught this beauty in just five minutes by fishing it like a jerkbait. Unfortunately, my luck turned sour when I hooked a huge bass that weighed over six pounds - the line snapped, and goodbye finger!
