The figurine with a belt
myminifactory
This figure with a belt was one of several Venus figurines unearthed alongside the Venus of Brassempouy in France in 1892. It is believed to have originated from the Gravettian, an archaeological industry that thrived during the European Upper Paleolithic era (29,000-22,000 years ago). While the Venus itself can be seen at various exhibitions, these figurines are proudly displayed at the Maison de la Dame in Brassempouy.
