The Fidget Stick
thingiverse
This is a model of a fidget stick (if you don't know what a fidget stick is, look it up on Google). The spinner stick is printed as one piece. It has a rounded shape with a hollow center and solid weights at both ends. I printed it using PLA with 0.2mm layers, a 70C PEI bed temperature, a 200C nozzle temperature, and a material cooling fan turned on. The key is to print with a very high infill percentage (I used 95%) so the weights stay in place without support. It's helpful to make the ends grippy by attaching a thin, grippy material with glue and cutting it off with scissors or an XActo knife. The OpenScad source file is included here, but you can just use the STL file that comes with it.
