Vendémiaire Pavot, a French sculptor born on 30 September 1883 in Valenciennes, left an enduring legacy that continues to captivate art enthusiasts today. His untimely death in 1929 marked the end of a life dedicated to his craft. However, his artwork remains a testament to his skill and creativity. One of Pavot's most notable sculptures, completed in 1913, can be found in the Valenciennes Jardin de la Rhônelle. This breathtaking work of art has been meticulously scanned for the Scan the World project by a dedicated volunteer who visited the site and captured it using approximately 35 photographs. As part of "Scan The World," this object is now accessible to the public as a free digital archive, courtesy of MyMiniFactory's innovative initiative. Through their open-source community effort, individuals from around the globe are working together to create a comprehensive collection of fully 3D printable sculptures, artworks, and landmarks.
