No crust, right?" - MiaBeen looking for a diorama idea to place all my Hot Wheels Original Fast set and just remembered most of the cars did appear right in front of this shop. The whole shop design is mostly similar to how it looks like in the movie, the roads in front of the shop has been changed to fit how the cars were parked in the movie. Since the actual place don't have any vertical parking right in front of the shop. Also, the shop is designed to be as thin as possible while still looking building-ish to maximize the car park space. Checkout my showcase video: https://youtu.be/TTZfqAO0pLAThe diorama is separated into multiple parts for easy printing. All files are packed into a zip files and arranged in folder as follow: Pick either 1a or 1b based on your printer size. All colours listed is based on my own build and it is tagged as reference when watching the assembly video.1a) Base (Large Printers Only):Base - Double - Grey.STLFlatBase - Double - Multi Colour.STLSidewalk - Grey.STLFlatBase - Pt1.STLFlatBase - Pt2 - V2.STL1b) Base (Standard Printers):Base - Half - Pt1 - Grey.STLBase - Half - Pt2 - Grey.STLClip - Any Colour - Print 2x.STLFlatBase - Half - Pt1 - Multi Colour.STLFlatBase - Half - Pt2 - Multi Colour.STLSidewalk - Grey.STL2) Shop:Back - Black.STLFloor - Multi Colour.STLFront - Black.STLInteriorWall - Brown.STLRoof - Black.STLSide - Black - Print 2x.STL3) Shop Deco:Door - Silver.STLDoorWay - White.STLFrontDeco - Multi Colour.STLPointyCover - Multi Colour.STLRoofTop - Brown.STLRoofTop - Patch - White.STLShopSign - Silver.STLSideDeco - Multi Colour - Print 2x.STL4) Interior Prop (Optional):Pole.STLSquareTable.STLSquareUmprella.STLTable.STLFront - Pt2.STLSide - Left.STLSide - Right.STLPrint SettingsNozzle size = 0.5 mm (0.4 will be printable and smaller better)Layer height = 0.2 mmFilament change layer for colours on "Floor - Multi Colour.STL":1) Start (Tiles colour, mine is in brown)2) Layer 6 (All gap colour, mine is in grey)Filament change layer for colours on "FlatBase":1) Start (Overall lines colour, mine is in white)2) Layer 3 (Overall road colour, mine is in black)Filament change layer for colours on "FrontDeco - Multi Colour.STL":1) Start (Overall walls colour, mine is in white)2) Layer 8 (Details colour, mine is in brown)Filament change layer for colours on "PointyCover - Multi Colour.STL":1) Start (Overall part colour, mine is in white)2) Layer 29 (Tip colour, mine is in brown)Filament change layer for colours on "SideDeco - Multi Colour - Print 2x.STL":1) Start (Overall part colour, mine is in white)2) Layer 6 (Details colour, mine is in brown)AssemblyThe car is just placed on the diorama, there are no holes to tie the cars down by wire. It is recommended to use glue or double sided tape for this build.
