An innovative architectural glass display showcases a new hotel, currently at design stage 1, featuring three distinct perspectives. Low iron glass with a reflective coating allows for an all-encompassing view of the building's elevations. This captivating structure is designed by KPA (Knight & Partners Architects). The unique building boasts an intriguing combination of square and circular structures, complemented by angled cuts to create a distinct appearance. The hotel features an indoor ski slope on its top floors, alongside a restaurant and a large infinity swimming pool. Additional amenities include a helipad, sky gardens, and a casino. The hotel's design elements, such as the visible ski ramp, outdoor circular lift shaft, prominent cooling tower with two large aerials, metal (stainless steel with linen finish) cladding, and exposed metal-clad columns, contribute to its distinct "factory" aesthetic.
