Here's My Answer to a Easy-to-Print Face Mask, Printed in PLA - The Face Mask Card. How to Make a Good Filter: 1. Cut Two Pieces of Fabric 22 Cm. by 22 Cm. from a Cotton T-Shirt or Similar Material. 2. Place a Paper Towel Between the Two Fabric Pieces You Just Cut Out. 3. Fold the Fabric as Instructed. I've Redesigned the Card Again for Easy Assembly and Printing. The Design Has Been Changed, and Now It Takes Only 3 Grams of Filament to Print One Mask, Which Is Just 1 Meter Long. You Can Use a Cloth or Filter and Change It as Often as You Like. Printing Time: 22 Minutes. 04/02/2020 - I've Added a Wider and Stronger Version of the Face Mask Card, Still Using Only 3 Grams of Filament. File Name: FaceMASK9wide.stl Printing Time: 26 Minutes. Weight: 3 Grams. Filament Usage: 1.13 Meters. 04/04/2020 - I've Added a New Version That Is Shorter in Length but Same Width as the Wider Version. File Name: MaskCARD9wide1Short.stl Printing Time: 25 Minutes. Weight: 3 Grams. Filament Usage: 1.11 Meters. 06/04/2020 - I've Added a New File for a 3-Layer Filter. File Name: MaskCARD7For3LayerFilter.stl Printing Time: 26 Minutes. Weight: 3 Grams. Filament Usage: 1.14 Meters. Note: There's an Error When You Click the Download Button, but Here's a Workaround: Click on "Things File," Then on the Blue Button "Download," and It Should Work Without Errors. I've Tested This.
