Wanted to craft some custom drink coasters but struggled to decide on a design until I discovered The Expanse logos, which inspired me to create my own coasters based on those iconic symbols. I found existing OPA logos online and re-created them in Fusion360, then used the software to design coasters that perfectly match each logo. The finished coasters measure 102mm in diameter and are designed for two-color printing with precise 0.3mm clearances between parts, allowing them to snap together effortlessly without needing any adhesive.
