A Hand Terminal from The Expanse TV Show. Non-functional prop made with laser cutter and 3-d printer. Tools Used: - Laser Cutter - 3-D Printer Materials Needed: - 1/8 inch clear cast acrylic sheet Files Required: - ControllerBase.stl - ControllerTop.stl - HandTerminalBody.svg - HandTerminalBody.dxf - HandTerminalBodyBlank.svg - HandTerminalBodyBlank.dxf - Mk_5_HandTerminalBody.dxf - Mk_5_HandTerminalBody.svg - Mk_5_HandTerminalBodyBlank.dxf - Mk_5_HandTerminalBodyBlank.svg - Mk_5_HandTerminalBodyFiles.dxf - Mk_5_HandTerminalBodyFiles.svg - Mk_5_controllerbase.stl - Mk_5_controllerop.stl Laser File Colors: * Red: Cut through the material. * Blue, Green: Cut/etch surface. Adjust speed/power for best results. * Black: Raster scan. Notes: The body UI is printed backwards on purpose, it looks better from the other side. The initial version was non-functional.
