Update: 11.07.2021: The Pumphandle now fits very well on my print. Update 10.07.2021: Fixed a thin wall on the main body and added more tolerance to the pump grip. Hi, this is a Shotgun with a working reload mechanism for the Gun4IR System by JayBee. https://github.com/JayBee-git/GUN4IR You will need: Screws: m3 thread inserts 6mm and 3mm (for the barrel) m3 machine hex screws, 10mm and one 16mm m3 flat head screws, 5mm (for barrel) Springs: 1x Tension Spring for reload. Up to taste really. I would buy several and test them out. 1x compression spring to further tighten the trigger. I used a 20x11mm with 0.8mm thickness Buttons: 1x Arcade Style lever Switch, I like zippy for this as they are super clicky. 1x End Of Stroke switch. Used a specific type here. https://www.ebay.de/itm/324074025752 You can order this, try to find it somewhere else or use anything you can fit. Very durable switch that I can highly recommend. Electronics: - Arduino Pro Micro - DF Robot IR Camera - MQ8-Z15 Solenoid - GX16 adapter for cable (needs to be glued!) + all the parts for the solenoid driving circuit (please read the manual for JayBee's Gun4IR system carefully!) Lens: I use a 180° fish eye lens for my guns to be able to get closer to the screen. The provided adapter will allow you to attach the lens by screwing it to the front of the barrel. Make sure to get the correct model as not every fish eye lens has the same size. It's widely available on AliExpress and Amazon. Please read: I made this mostly with tinkercad, and it's my first model ever to be released. If something doesn't fit perfectly, please make sure to do some sanding for smooth operation. I made two and both work perfectly fine with little tweaks. I used a little hot glue on the IR cam after making sure the orientation is correct with the Gun4IR GUI. I recommend adding weight to the solenoid front. We made a round weight from stainless steel (23x15mm) that was press fitted to the front of the solenoids plunger. It adds a lot of "oomph" to the shots. PLEASE READ THE GUN4IR MANUAL CAREFULLY. It's very well written and should answer almost any question about the system itself. I hope you have fun with this.
