This design works with most Delta 3D printers and is made specifically for an E3D V6 hotend. Building it is straightforward - you just need two 3mm diameter bolts (you should have some spare ones from your delta kit) and nuts to fit onto the bolts. It's built for a blower fan that measures 50mm x 15mm. To make sure everything stays safe, consider wrapping the heater block in heat-resistant tape or silicon. This is still just a prototype, but I'm having someone print it out for me - if my calculations are correct, it should work fine.
